By accessing or using VoxCore("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoxCore provides hosted text-to-speech and speech-to-text APIs. Access is granted through API keys tied to your account, with monthly quotas and rate limits according to your plan.

3. Accounts & API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
